I had to make the decision to humanely euthanize my 17 year old kitty. The staff was very caring and professional. They made an awful situation as bearable as possible. We adopted our pretty girl, Paisley, Saturday, Mothers Day weekend at an event they were having. We fell in love with her at first sight and she was the first one we saw walking in. We didn't intend to adopt that day, only went to support a friend who was volunteering. We spent 3 hours there with Paisley, watching her interact with people and talking to staff about her who were very helpful and patient with us being there so long. This Humane Society keeps their kennels and other animal habitats very clean. The animals are well fed and watered. There are a lot of volunteers who are around to clean litter, change food and water, walk dogs, etc. I just love my volunteer work there.
They do a great job. They helped my family and I in a time of need. I will never forget.

I arrived early enough to be one of the first few in line to wait for the doors to open; a staff member greeted us, and asked if we were there for a specific animal. I was able to leave with my adopted pup around an hour after the humane society opened. the staff, and volunteers are absolutely exceptional.
