The Humane Society of Tampa Bay has a cat specialist who saved my kitty’s life with a full recovery after I had been turned away at other vets for not being able to afford treatment. Not only was the vet super empathetic, but she also worked with me on what I could afford. The wait is reasonable, the staff is super friendly and helpful and they work with you on cost.
My daughter and I were looking online for a forever friend. I called to let them know how excited we were. I confirmed the price “$95” as I had saw AND screen shotted RIGHT from the legit website. The lady informed me “no he is $195” I explained to her that on the website JUST THE NIGHT BEFORE as I was scrolling through to keep checking him while I awaited till the morning because of my excitement. Paws for Literacy was such amazing experience. These kids were so serious about reading to these sweet animals. The Humane Society has the library all setup. You take a stool, a bag of dog treats, and cozy up to any one of these precious animals to read your books. A wonderful afternoon for Girl Scout Troop 2004!

BOYCOTT vet services from this place at all costs. I had an appointment for 1:15 pm it is now 3pm and I have not been seen. I asked repeatedly about how many people were ahead. After an hour and a half of waiting while keep in mind I had an appointment, I was told they mismarked me as a walk in! The technicians are rude and have an extreme attitude problem. They charge you for every little service, you can’t go back with your pet unless you pay $15 so who knows if they’re even doing their job. Horrible customer service. I ne... read more
