Loved the entire staff! My 5yr old Blue Pitbull was neutered on the 18th. Everything was extremely smooth and I was well informed. Added bonus was the Pitbull/Bully Mix grant that covered the procedure, shots, and meds. I was only responsible for $10. How amazing! Thank you sooo much! We appreciate you!!
I recently an by recently I mean the 26 of January 2019. I was unfortunately left with no other option then to have my 8 year old cat jingles euthanize due to health issue.... I was so devastated by this since she was my life an companion.... the staff was very nice an today when I checked mail they sent me a sympathy card.... thank you so much.
these people are friendly . they care about you and your pets. you can tell they are passionate about what they do and compassionate too . your your cat or dog need shots a check up or and thing else these people should be your first choice to care for your pets or even looking for a cat dog or even a bunny go here first
I can’t thank the intake staff enough for being supportive and humble during the difficult time of putting my cat to sleep. I did not get the members names but starting with the front desk and the two girls assisting, I could not have asked for a better experience during this devastating time.
If you are looking for a forever furbaby or if for some reason you need to surrender your pet, contact them to help you. Wonderful caring people there to help you however you need.
I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for Ashley and the team in the intake building. Their kindness through the entire heartbreaking experience was nothing short of amazing.
Not a great place to volunteer. I have given 30+ hours of my time over the past two years and it was very fulfilling. However, today I was kicked out by a rude staff member for taking a five minute break after doing all the tasks my volunteer supervisor told me to do.
