1 star and that’s because the VA is good. But the rest of the staff sucks. People are rude. They told me I was making stuff up and I had to wait 3 hours, with an appointment. When I complained they treated me like I was a terrestrial being.

Adopted my baby girl last Wednesday she’s been with me for almost a week already and I’m in love with her. Shelter was fantastic! How ever be careful of the vet clinic. They are sometimes unfortunately short staffed so when you make an appointment I would call to see how long the wait is. We were there 3 hours. I can’t wait to have many more experiences with my Maggie

We had an appointment yesterday for our 4 month old puppy. This is her second time being seen at the Humane Society Animal Hospital. We were very disappointed in the respect we received from the technicians in the back and the veterinarian. The technicians were EXTREMELY rude to us in the way they spoke to us. We felt very judged because of our dogs breed based on the technicians actions, and tone of voice. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They are concerned about my Big Fur Baby. Fees for services and rx are more reasonable and affordable than the Vet were were seeing. We always get lots of smiles too. Best to make an appointment.
