Very caring and wonderful staff that work there
Thank you to the staff of the Animal hospital. My 18 year old dog had to go to rest yesterday, and they were so compassionate. They cared and understood during my unbearable and heartbreaking decision to let my little guy go.
Very disappointing experience with the TNR program today. We have a feral cat problem in our neighborhood. A lady has accumulated 8 adult & adolescent cats and 4 small kittens because, as she puts it "they just keep reproducing". She's been able to TNR a few of the males, but so far has been unable to trap the Mother. One of the kittens died a couple of weeks ago, I was able to catch one of them that had a huge abscess on his eyeball, but there are 2 more kittens, one of which has something wrong with his eyes, they are turn... read more
The staff was very helpful. The facility is very nice. And we left with our new best friend. Couldn't be happier.
I was just wondering if HSTB still kept puppies and dogs on the back patios in this heat with no air conditioning? Are they still giving them plastic bottles of ice water, the kind that the puppies love to chew and choke on?!
