the wait for a walk in is to long, I check in about 9 and ask at 11am how much longer it would be??? No one could give me an eta
In a true emergency the staff was excellent! My mother’s senior dog was attacked around 4am. We arrived to the hospital around 8:30. I left my mother and her “Bosco” in the car and went and stood in line to find out if they would see him. April at the front desk went above and beyond. She went to the back to check and see if they would be able to treat him and they agreed to see him. She went to the car with me and took him right back to the vet.
