Absolutely the best facility in the world, they really do love the animals in their care, there is nothing they wouldn't do for the animals. Please don't believe anything bad about them, the only bad thing is they aren't open 24/7.
The facility was nice. You can walk around to look at the dogs and interact with the cats hanging out in the cat lanai. The staff and volunteers are really friendly. We donated food and some cat litter. We will most definitely head there again when we are ready to adopt more pets.
They we're very quick getting myself and my son's through the adoption process. They provided thorough information for the kitten we adopted as well as medication as a precaution. I would come back to them again if I ever find myself wanting to adopt another pet.
