Feral cat - to be told no! Caught neighborhood cat , put in carrier, took my own trap, drove 30 min, only offered on Monday mornings to be told they won’t transfer him from carrier to trap. How do you expect me to trap an animal that is being fed by others? He won’t do it! You make so many rules and restrictions and here I am trying to do the right thing to be told NO...... very irritating and disappointing 😠😤 PS... I’m also a monthly financial donor! 😡
We adopted Cookie (now Kelpie) the other day, and while she needs some help with potty training, she is perfect for us. We had a lot of help with the meet and greet with her and our current dog, and they were very transparent about her luxating patella and personality.

I have tried to call multiple times and they never answer. I’ve left voicemails and no one ever gets back to me. To make an appointment for my cat to get spayed I actually had to walk into the animal hospital. I voiced my experience to the manager and he seemed not to care. All he said was ‘we’re high volume.’ If you’ve known you’re ‘high volume’ staff for it. That’s not my problem. We adopted kittens from the Humane Society that developed intestinal issues. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to help us with our little Smokey and Luna! They saw them right away and provided excellent care. Both are doing great now. We are very appreciative.
