We adopted this sweet puppy at Tuxes and Tails this past weekend. Amazed by this organization and all it does to place homeless animals with loving families. Our family is in love with Roxy and we are blessed to have her. 🥰
Very poor customer service. Called seeking help regarding my cat and was turned down with BS excuse that they didn’t even have answers to when I called them out on how it goes against their advertising. No apology, no recommendations to other vets, no offer to schedule an appointment for the following day, not even advice on what else I could do. Seems like they need a little more compassion for animals in need.
So thankful for our girl Rosey 💕 She’s been with us for one year now! Can’t wait to find her a sibling ☺️

I went with my dog very sick and they don't care they told me they didn't have the capacity to take care of him in a very rude way.
a very nice place I just suggest that you get an appointment just don't walk in or you were wait three and a half hours very clean and very friendly stack highly recommend very reasonable prices
