RecommendedI just recently had to give my Chihuahua and Pug up to them. It’s killing me and it’s killing my kids. We miss them allot. They will take good care of Nena and Comet. We love you so much. I want to become a volunteer to this great society.

My experience has had such an amazing outcome. My family and I adopted a puppy from HSTB. We noticed she seeemed sickly and was not eating within the first few days. Ended up taking her to the emergency vet. She stayed 2 nights and a day, lots of treatment. A week passed, she was still very ill. We were told she may have to be euthanized 😥😔We brought our pupppy back to HSTB, we did not know what else to do. Our puppy Honeyblossom had a wonderful foster mom, Miranda, for 12 days. i got a dog from there and she had kennel cough which i know it is likely also she had some bumps on her which they told me ahead of time but why were they not removed during the spay. Also the notes stated that they pulled 3 teeth but did not do a cleaning. Why pull the teeth if your not goinh to clean them. Also was informed that if i wanted the bumps removed i could take it to there clinic at $100 off there price. Beware if you get a animal from them they only seem to give them the very basic vet care. Rude, judgmental, inconsiderate, and disrespectful worker!!
They do an excellent job of helping the animals get/stay healthy to prepare them for their much anticipated forever homes!
They said that they took all types of animals even if they were sick but when I went to bring them in they said no because they were "too sick" and another time I went they had said the kittens were "too wild" when I had easily picked them up and treated them. They are displaying false advertising on which kittens people can bring in.
