I have lived in River Falls for 5 years and have been admitted to this ER on several occasions. In the past I had always had a good experience. However, last night I had the worst experience I have ever had at any hospital I have ever been to. The nurse in the ER was down right cruel and abusive, and I was too ill and weak to say or do anything about it. The staff tried to cover it up and ignored me.
