These ppl have been nothing short of awesome. All my nurse and doctors have been outstanding. I feel they went above and beyond their jobs to make sure i was taken care of.
The staff was friendly. My only concern was the lack of explanation given for some tests when performed in our presence. Over all, clean facilities.
I will never go back. Communication was awful and care was lacking. Alarms ran all night loudly without being shut off, staff seemed complacent and they had zero sense of urgency. My insurance got a great run for its money but the hospitals ability to care for patients left a very bad taste in my mouth. Day staff needed bedside manner classes.. or maybe it is time for retirement. Yes I'm blunt but damn it I work hard for my money and I was very put off by the entire emergency experience. Ugh
The care received was exceptional. The only complaint is regarding the length of time it took to have my Dad placed in a room after surgery. I feel that a 5 hour wait is unacceptable.
My husband had back surgery yesterday. The replacement nurses are horrific. Iced his back once at 3 am, all pain meds were 2 hours late, never hooked up leg circulation to prevent clots. I could go on and on. He had the best surgeon ever and the worst nurses. We're on our way home and I will gladly be his nurse
Everyone has been considerate, caring, polite and very helpful. Thank you.
Two days in and two remaining days. So far it has been very good. Surgery went well, therapy is doing the trick and the food has been really good. Nurses have done a fine job.
I am absolutely terrified to leave my father in the poor care of your replacement nurses. Every time I leave and come back something goes wrong and he takes two steps back. I can't trust your replacement nurses to provide any amount of comfort or good care. It is truly sad that you do not value your patients and nurses one bit.
I am holding back a star because of the nurses strike. I have had my fiance here for almost two weeks with brain tumor and the care has been excellent and I trust the surgeon's so much that I had neck surgery today, so I like the hospital, doctors, but one day you have a nurse that could careless and the next day you have one that is awesome, but the next day is gone, down the hall. So get this strike over and you will get 5 stars from me
