newly remodeled emergency room to help speed up the wait time Really? 6 people in waiting area and it takes 5 hours to be seen and to top it off the staff is rude and acts like your wasting there time being sick or injured go to Unity seen in 20 min what took a total of 12 hours at Mercy was done in 2 hours at Unity with a good staff

mi mom was in there for one week they diagnosed wrong and give some diuretic because they believe she have water in the lungs wrong!!!! cause the kidney to failed!!! send her home after a week with the same problem!!the night before they release her the machine checking the oxygen in her body was beeping all night and they tell me is normal!!!!!! when is not!!! and I believe it!!! because they know better right? mi mistake!!!! mi.mome was suffering because she don't have enough oxigen in her body for he weekend! until her Dr... read more
