Compassionate and talented people make a visit to the hospital palatable.
I was admitted to the ER overnight during hours that could probably be considered some of the more severe. Every single person that I interacted with from beginning to end was absolutely stellar. I felt cared for for the entire time by everyone, regardless of their position. There was never a hi and bye experience, I was always met with warmth and genuine concern.
I always have such a good experience whenever I come down to Abbott.
The care I received here was amazing. Through a very scary time I felt cared for and true compassion from those around me. I was in the gynecological oncology unit for a few days. The food was amazing. From the operating room, to my recovery room to my hospital room I felt respected and supported. One nurse in particular stood out. The Minneapolis Heart Institute has been a wonderful place! I first entered their system about 7 years ago and have been treated with respect! They created a sort of "contract" with me. I had my work to do and they did theirs!! A fantastically Mutual relationship with All staff! Best hospital experiences I have ever had! The staff at Minneapolis Heart Institute understands and accommodates "Fear". So may of us patients come into the hospital with fear of our health now and for the future. Excellent care from the nurses and the radiology and procedure staff.
Every one was friendly and professional, the nurses where very nice and helpful, they treated me with respect and where kind, the Dr was also very polite, care for my wellbeing and listen to my concerns before the procedure. He did a great job!!!
I had family end up there this week, he got starved for 16 hours, and the lack of communication was unreal 👎🏼 Never again.
