Very professional and friendly and not afraid to answer your questions
My husbands surgeon (Sullivan)and nurses where amazing. Minnesota is very lucky to have these professionals. I did notice one thing in recovery. Another pt had an alarm that went off and my husbands nurse hollard out "that's not mine" and said geez 3 people at the desk. Got the imp people were not moving to her liking.
This is the first hospital I came to in Minnesota. It will be the only hospital I come to. Since I walked in the door, I have been treated exceptionally. The staff here is amazing and the food is great. I've only had a couple of issues and once I addressed them they were handled immediately. Any concerns I had were dealt with promptly with great urgency. I couldn't ask for better care.

The care I received was amazing at the Piper Breast Center. I had an outpatient surgery. The nurses and staff were welcoming and informative.
Had to visit the ER it was very busy but i recieved excellent care snd my Nurse Todd was great very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Thank you
Their service sucks I will never go back there and they are prejudiced two��for them��
They worked with me so I could have two surgeries at once. Dr.s were great and the nursing staff was impressive . Wait times were long but that was minor compared not having to schedule two surgeries.
My husbands aunt had back surgery to remove a spinal tumor. Had excellent care. Her and her husband are vulnerable adults from a very rural area. So I had called ahead of time and talked with somebody but did not get her name to see if her husband could stay over night in her room and asked if he could get one free meal a day . They told me yes to both but when he asked for a meal he was told no we do not do this. You will have to pay cash if they brought up a meal. He uses a walker and has no sense of getting around Abbott.... read more
