90% of my time there was great. I wish I could remember all the nurses names that i had. There were 2 that were super crabby and mean when i was sitting in the chair before i could leave but everyone else that helped me were amazing and nice. They have these cool gowns that they can hook up air to so it feels awesome.

I went in for back surgery. My surgeon was amazing and very skilled and knowlegable. The entire staff that I encountered was amazing. They were great at explaining what was going on and helping me understand everything. They were great with helping manage my pain and making sure I was well taken care of and rested before I went home. I stayed overnight. The bed was awesome! The food was great. Great care, super nice nurses and assistants. Husband had back surgery and had to be in the hospital for 5 days, I stayed there at the room with him. Everyone was nice and accommodating and the cafeteria even has good food! Try the grilled chicken sandwich, awesome! Thanks for making a miserable situation a lot better.
My husband had back surgery there and everyone was so amazing to him from the lady that checked him in, to the nurses that prepped him, the surgeon, and the nurse in his room taking care of him after. They were also amazing at keeping myself updated on the progress during surgery and while he was in the recovery room. I would definitely recommend others go here if they need surgery!
I just had back surgery a few days ago. They were very careful with administering anesthesia. My food allergies were a breeze. Ordering meals was fun. They called it room service. I ate what I wanted. My first nurse when I arrived in my room was a young man named Zack. I was leary because I was in a gown (no panties) and in a lot of pain. He was very respectful of me and very kind. I was put in a hammock when I was moved between beds, so it was kind of fun being hung from the ceiling. Lol. My wife had surgery on her back. We got in, we waited a small amount of time due them being busy, but what hospital isnt. Our nurses were very good amd very gentle with her throughout her ordeal. Kristin and Lillian did a wonderful job. The assistants came to help when needed. We waited a small amount of time for them but AGAIN it's a hospital. Our overal review was great and I would recommend going there again and refering friends and family. Great job guys.
WOW! Top notch care at the Heart Hospital! I've said all my life " A facility is only as good as the people they have working for them"!!! From the moment I walked in and met Anna, Mark getting me ready with the help of Phil and Cindy, Laura and Dr Sunblad having the challenge with my anesthesia and Dr Sengupta performing my successful procedure I couldn't be happier with the care I got!! (I'm sure I forgot a couple key people but they were all amazing)
My recent hospital stay and surgeon referral appointment were VERY disappointing. The nursing staff was overworked and I had to wait way too long after I pressed my call light whether it was for water, going to the bathroom or pain meds. After my discharge I had an appointment with a surgeon we are arrived early for my appointment and sat for an hour in the exam room and she went over a few things but I feel she was rushing things..... I was not happy with the outcome.
