The care I received there was phenomenal!!! From the housekeepers, kitchen staff up to doctors, all amazing!!!! Call light answered within a few minutes , always asking if I needed anything more , never felt they didn't have the time for me! Highly recommend it!!!
My doctor never itruduced herself or ask my name when she briefly talked about doing some labs and said she would come back. After everyone just abandoned me in this tiny closet room with out pillows and blankets even when i pushed the help button. Next thing i knew the nurse comes say they discharged me. When i asked if the doctor was coming back she said the doc was to busy and if you dont leave we'll call security. like i would want to just stay and hang out. Everyone that works here are very nice people they treat you like you're one of the family
Very impressed, the staff were all very helpful and the facility has many great features. WiFi, food service for visitors, valet parking 24x7 snack bar. The only downside is navigating the large buildings.
This hospital is filled with the best nurses in the world.
