Food was excellent! However service left a lot to be desired! Unfortunately, service was slow, wrong orders and unapologetically poor!
We only went for a (birthday) meal, for two but, that was VERY nice. Highly recommended.
I recently had my father's funeral reception in the hotel. I was greeted at the organisation stage by Frances, what an asset to the hotel, she provided so much support and comfort, she genuinely cared for this heart breaking time I was going through. She had finished work earlier in the day of the funeral and returned to the hotel to check that everything went to plan (which it did) and to see if I was okay. What a lovely person she is and I am so thankful to her that she was so kind and sympathetic.
