Verified Renter Abbie Lakes is a nice apartment community tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city with lush greenery, ponds and wide life. I find it very relaxing to come home to every evening. The staff are quite friendly and are ready to assist residents in any way they can.

Move in We were looking for an apartment last minute and needed to move. We were looking for another complex and mistakenly came here. Tracy asked what were we looking for. Explained and she said that she had what we were looking for. Still wasn't convinced because I didn't want to pay the rental price. Verified Renter Abbie Lakes is the place to live! Such a calm community. I can take my dog to the dog park, the trail is LITERALLY next to my house, I have a nice view of the pond, and I ALWAYS have a place to park. I plan on staying here until I buy my first home!

Verified Renter Good living mostly wish they gave beter options for lease renewals to valued residents instead of market rate computer generated options that subject you to a 120 rent increase so u have the option to renew or your stuck if like me you didn't see it coming nit to mention the pest i dealt with for nearly half my lease term and it wasnt taken in to consideration to nit hike up my rent atleast that would have been appreciated but hay market rate is market rate and your just a number the computer generated HAPPY ... read more
