Verified Renter Good place to live. They take crime very seriously with a zero tolerance. The office staff is great, and I enjoy my view of the field and walking trail. I like quite, and for the most part, its quite 95% of the time.

I loved the... (Verified Renter) I loved the ease of the move-in. I love where my unit is situated. I love the thick carpeting in the 2 bedbrooms - it absorbs sound well when you get up so early in the morning for work. I love the rest of the flooring - easy clean and makes the space larger. The maintenance team is top notch, fixed everything before and during move-in that came up - small items for me. They have a huge space to care for here, and do an excellent job with details. Comfortable The apartment is in a nice neighborhood. As far as noise from others, I live on the top floor and I've never heard a peep from my neighbors at all, so sound insolation seems to be very effective here. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms for $730 a month is pretty decent, it has a balcony which I didn't make too much use out of it in my year of being here, but outside is a pretty view. The apartment also has a pool and they come pick your trash up outside your door a few nights of the week.
