Great The apartments come with washer and dryers which is highly convenient, along with the quick maintenance fixes when something is down . They recently did upgrades to the apartments and they are great! I love hardwood floors, the new building paint job and the bathrooms are spacious which I love, unlike most bathrooms in apartments, there could be multiple people in at once without it being too snug (sometimes needed when you have to share a bathroom). Great customer service New resident but I am loving it so far. The management team is very helpful and they are always available to answer questions. The area is peaceful and neighbors are fairly quiet so far. I also love the layout and spaciousness of my apartment.
Improvements and Up Grades Galore! Abbie Lakes Apartment has been a wonderful place to live as an alternative to a single family housing. Now that they have changed management it has been pleasant, clean and service for any repairs has been prompt of which I much appreciate. They now offer daily trash pick up from your front door, power washed the siding, painted the trim and doors.
