Verified Renter Great kitchen counter space. Jacuzzi bathtub, large bathroom shelving, separated laundry space shared with utility closet (in bathroom - has its own door and light switch). Doors are installed so that smack each other if both open, but the laundry setup is worth it to me for the price of the apartment. Walk-in closet in master bedroom in a unit with one bathroom. Verified Renter I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone due to lack of safety concerns or well-being as a tenant. When consulting management with an issue their lack of concern or safety is far and beyond their reach.
Verified Renter This is a nice place to live. Good walking, biking trails, not a lot of traffic, no loud unnecessary noise, just hard-working honest people living here.
Verified Renter I've lived in the community for 4 years now and witness a decline in the property and to be transparent, the tenants. There has been many car break ins where Windows are being broken out. My first two years my neighbors were the aame neighbors, it felt like a community. Over the last 18 months, I have seen nothing but a constant rotation I'm tenants and pricing shoot up. Ita unfortunate and discouraging.

I was hesitant about living in an apartment because I had heard horror stories and living so close to so many unknown people made me a little uneasy.
