Customer Service Star I went to look at these apartments recently and the staff here was so nice. April gave me a tour and she answered every question I had. I loved the area and I hope to make a home there soon.

Verified Renter I really like living here. I think the team at Abbie Lakes is great and they always respond to me with any issues. Am I only wish they continually remind tenants that there’s someone living next to them and they should be mindful of the noise control and their units. We shall respect one another.
Verified Renter Customer service could be much better, they want you to pay $30 a month for trash pickup and yet they don’t alway pick up the trash when they’re supposed too and they don’t reimburse you for it. The Appliances that they give you are outdated which could lead to higher bill cost and some may not always work properly. The employees that work in the maintenance department are inept .. and unqualified and because of that they aren’t always able to fix what’s requested .. therefore constant appointments had to be ... read more

Touring Abbie lakes is a wonderful community when I toured Zoey was there to help me out and she was fantastic!
Verified Renter Great kitchen counter space. Jacuzzi bathtub, large bathroom shelving, separated laundry space shared with utility closet (in bathroom - has its own door and light switch). Doors are installed so that smack each other if both open, but the laundry setup is worth it to me for the price of the apartment. Walk-in closet in master bedroom in a unit with one bathroom.
