Verified Renter I haven’t had too many issues living here, which I appreciate. I am concerned about the continuous rent increase, especially when there have been no upgrades to the community/apartments.
Customer Service Star I went to look at these apartments recently and the staff here was so nice. April gave me a tour and she answered every question I had. I loved the area and I hope to make a home there soon.

Verified Renter I really like living here. I think the team at Abbie Lakes is great and they always respond to me with any issues. Am I only wish they continually remind tenants that there’s someone living next to them and they should be mindful of the noise control and their units. We shall respect one another.
Verified Renter Customer service could be much better, they want you to pay $30 a month for trash pickup and yet they don’t alway pick up the trash when they’re supposed too and they don’t reimburse you for it. The Appliances that they give you are outdated which could lead to higher bill cost and some may not always work properly.
