An extremely good B&B. The rooms are very comfortable and provide everything needed for a short stay. The breakfast is cooked to order, quickly and is excellent. It is perfect for a short stay close to Yarm.
We stayed for one night after a day out in Middlesborough….set in a quiet residential estate which is in walking distance of the pretty Yarm which has quaint shops, restaurants & pubs!! Rooms were lovely…with the most spacious comfiest beds ever ! Friendly & accommodating staff…let us check in early and even dropped us to the train station…very kind ! Would recommend !

Amazing stay at Abbeyfield Lodge B&B! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the place is spotless clean, tidy, and comfortable. It has a lovely family atmosphere, and the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The location is great and very quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!
