As I was walking down the neighbourhood street at 7:30 in the morning to go to the butcher, one of the builders whipped around the corner in his van, saw me, and then accelerated to make me run across the street. Not sure I could do business with them.

Got a quote from this building firm for some work but did not go with them in the end as I found them unprofessional on a site visit. A couple of months later I met them on a job off Mill Rd in Cambridge, they had total disregard of their equipment blocking footpaths. I also witnessed them giving a mother with a pram grief when she asked them to move. Glad I did not end up working with them if that is their attitude.
