We have used A & L on a few occasions in the past and been impressed. I have been waiting for a quote for about 4 weeks to redo a room from top to bottom as well as another room for replastering. On chasing the quote, I was told by Damon " I thought I'd emailed you... we are too busy with other work to help you".... not impressed with such a shabby response and lack of communication... there really is no excuse for this! Fine if you are busy, but your handling was very poor.... hey ho!
Damon and the team were superb. I was so pleased to find someone to coordinate pulling together multiple trades to refurbish a bedroom and living area in our 1950's bungalow. Nothing was too much trouble and I was blown away by the standard of work and communication throughout. It was a joy to have them in the house. Thank you all.
I recently used this company to take down internal walls in my property, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Damon and his team were incredibly detailed and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent—Damon kept me informed every step of the way, even when we faced unexpected challenges. The initial visit was easy and the quote came through fairly quickly. We were then pleasantly surprised at how competitive and reasonable the price was, and further surprised when Damon stated the works could begin within a matter of weeks. Once the team started working, they were nothing but friendly and professional at all times. Whenever we had a question, we texted Damon and he responded straight away or came round to visit as soon as possible.
