My first-ever negative review. Please do not book this place, seriously! I booked two nights but made a mistake with the dates. I couldn’t reach the hotel (the contact number they provided on Trip was invalid ), and emails went unanswered. Trip.com said my booking couldn’t be canceled or changed, so I decided to stay anyway. But when I arrived, I was told my booking had already been canceled before that, no one (via phone or email) ever informed me that my booking had been canceled and no refund was offered. Absolute scam of a hotel. They cancelled our booking and refused to refund. Dont stay here, it’s a dump anyway!
Still waiting for £1000 refund since 1st February 2025. Will need to get my solicitor on the job otherwise, but I have been very patient
