ABBA Eye Carr - Woodmen. Worst customer service experience. First appointment was for 0800, had all paperwork filled out prior to my appointment and still sat around for almost 40 minutes waiting and listening to several staff workers talk about what the did the previous night before being acknowledged. RecommendedMy family goes to the location on E. Woodmen & Powers in Colorado Springs and just wanted to say that the staff and doctors there are doing an amazing job! Everyone is so friendly and professional, they do a great job making my boys feel comfortable! They made fitting and ordering my boys contacts super easy! The doctor was personable and helped figure out an issue one of my sons was having with his eyes, helped pluck a wrong way growing eyelash that was scratching a cornea, and make some helpful suggestions for my other son... read more
HORRIBLE!! Their branch in Gunnison, CO. is horrendous. They refused to ok my Hubble account even though I MOVED across country and can’t pick them up through ABBA like I’ve been doing for 2 years. They were rude and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! There is no contact info for this branch so I have to vent here. I asked them for an email so we could converse about this and they gave me a wrong one and wouldn’t give me any way to contact th doctor or management. HORRENDOUS.
I give the Abba Eye center on Fountain Mesa, Fountain CO only two stars, because they are friendly. The first time my new glasses arrived, Char, did not even check that they fit properly or that I could see out of them correctly. All she wanted was for me to pay another $51 when I already had paid in full. I had to tell her they weren't sitting across my nose correctly and that I could not see out of them correctly. I have had the worst experience with the individuals at the Aurora location under Dr. Johnson. Orders are incorrectly billed, the company cannot seem to take accountability for their administration errors.
Abba took over Ponderosa in Aurora. Ponderosa was always awesome and could do things none of the rest of the vision places could. now I'm in Vision hell. I've been trying to get glasses since the last week of May, the first order was botched up and took three extra weeks to get those now, I can't really see out of them so they've recut the lenses it took another three weeks to get those in and only one pair of them came so I'm still waiting another week or more to get the last lens in. so here's the deal - if you need glasse... read more
