The Dr was amazing, the floor staff were horrible. I was given a lady by the name Danielle (I believe) she was toooo busy flirting with the “so called boss frank and another make”to take care of the customer. She then tried to get another customer and give her all my information and other staff had to redirect her. Then wanted to argue with what my insurance was. I put the money on the table for the “copay” and walked out...... “Manager frank” called and he was huffing and puffing all outta breath ... it was weird.... then s... read more

I needed to get in quickly for a contact fitting. I’ve gone to ABBA for a few years now the doctor is always very thorough , Front staff has always been considerate kind and I get a great welcome however today I was shown exceptional service same day appointment quick fit and the assistant manager Mandie was absolutely accommodating and amazing all the way around Stellar customer service provided by her. I would definitely recommend this location hands-down .

I have been getting prescription glasses and sunglasses from ABBA for the last 20 years. Today was the first time I ever been questioned on my choice of frames because of the size to my face. I have always enjoyed smaller frames to my face no matter if it does cover my entire side vision. As a regular customer I do NOT want to be told if the glass frames I choose is too small for my face.

In Dec 2018 I got uveitis and again on Monday I have the signs and symptoms. Called Abba for help they didn’t have a doctor available nor could they schedule me even later in the week. Since they have been my eye doctor for years I didn’t have other options not that I didn’t call every doctor I could. Finally the only place available was my family doctor and it’s been 3 days no relief. So again calling and FINALLY found an actual eye doctor to help and can get me in first thing in the morning. In the meantime I get texts rem... read more

Not happy with ABBA, they charged me about $400 for an single vision glasses that I don 't see any better than my old glasses from 2011. I feel I was ripped off and since I don't see any better with new glasses was a waste of money. I think I want to see more reasonable prices. I went to the ABBA on 900 West Northern.

Terrible customer service. We have been waiting for over 5 weeks for my daughters glasses. Excuse after excuse has been made. A manager was supposed to call me back today but instead I just got a rude employee basically telling me it’s at least another week. So done. This is the second year in a row we have had issues but tried to give them another chance. Looks like this is a reoccurring thing for them looking at the reviews and discussing with others who have used them as well.

I HAD been a customer for 3 years with 0 issues. I scheduled an eye appointment to get new glasses as I had noticed I had been having trouble seeing, especially at night driving. I work nights on an ICU, so I have to be able to see at work and to get to and from work. Due to my contact with COVID positive patients I was denied my eye exam and told that I would have to have 0 contact for 14 days, with my profession there is no way that was possible. I have had 0 symptoms and get temp checked daily.I have I asked multiple peop... read more
