I needed to get in quickly for a contact fitting. I’ve gone to ABBA for a few years now the doctor is always very thorough , Front staff has always been considerate kind and I get a great welcome however today I was shown exceptional service same day appointment quick fit and the assistant manager Mandie was absolutely accommodating and amazing all the way around Stellar customer service provided by her. I would definitely recommend this location hands-down .

Took my daughter to Abba Eye Care on Woodman for the second time in a year. Both times she saw Dr. Kerry Garwood, she is absolutely the worst at listening to the patient. She asked my daughter what she has trouble with and she said the board, it's blurry. The doctor said, "Just blink". Then at the end of the exam I ask my daughter if she can see with the new prescription she gave her and she goes no. ABBA Eye Carr - Woodmen. Worst customer service experience. First appointment was for 0800, had all paperwork filled out prior to my appointment and still sat around for almost 40 minutes waiting and listening to several staff workers talk about what the did the previous night before being acknowledged. Never felt like I was listen to or cared about my needs. Staff just tried to keep selling a specific product I didn’t want. I give the Abba Eye center on Fountain Mesa, Fountain CO only two stars, because they are friendly. The first time my new glasses arrived, Char, did not even check that they fit properly or that I could see out of them correctly. All she wanted was for me to pay another $51 when I already had paid in full. I had to tell her they weren't sitting across my nose correctly and that I could not see out of them correctly. I have had the worst experience with the individuals at the Aurora location under Dr. Johnson. Orders are incorrectly billed, the company cannot seem to take accountability for their administration errors.

My husband and I had a great experience at Abba. Amber, Lauren and Dr. Sallecchia were awesome. We would highly recommend Abba Eye Care in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Waste of money to buy glasses here. Go to Zenni or GlassesUSA.COM. prices incredibly low!!
