Had an issue with my glasses this morning, and Cody at the Nevada location came up with a solution and had them fixed in no time. Great job.
Dealt with Yvonne at the northern location. Yvonne made the buying experience very easy, made great recommendations, and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating during my visit. I would I highly recommend visiting this location and/or dealing with Yvonne for all your eye Care needs. A++++ customer service.
I am so happy with my experience at Abba on Highway 50, Pueblo. They had a good deal with my insurance, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and Angela who helped me with my frames was very sweet and patient. She explained the cost for me with attention to detail and had great input when helping me choose my glasses frames. She also gave me her personal input on the contacts I was buying, since she wears them as well. The Pueblo location is the worst eye care place I have ever been to. I was mistreated for an eye infection and then given the wrong prescription. Then after countless visits I get a past due bill 7 months later, could you not have told me when I was there?? Then they sent it to collections. Needless to say I transferred my records to another office and was treated much better.
Service is very bad
I had an emergency situation which could have caused blindness. With the help of ABBA specialists, Dr. Mia Jennings, Laura Proietti and Jill Solberg, I was promptly referred to a wonderful surgeon who restored vision to almost 20/20. Cannot thank this office enough for identifying the issues, explaining them to me and promptly taking action.
I just received a reminder to have a new eye exam. Meant to post this a year ago April. Thanks for the reminder. everyone needs to read this. I got screwed. I give this Abba location a 2 only for one reason.... check out!! I was in for a dry eye test. My optometrist was really very good and very informative about my test and my options to go from there, but when I was done they told me to sit down for a bit and they would be with me shortly to check out. Almost a half an hr later I finally went up to the counter and said I had to go to work and I lived 35 miles away!
