Service is very bad
I had an emergency situation which could have caused blindness. With the help of ABBA specialists, Dr. Mia Jennings, Laura Proietti and Jill Solberg, I was promptly referred to a wonderful surgeon who restored vision to almost 20/20. Cannot thank this office enough for identifying the issues, explaining them to me and promptly taking action.
I just received a reminder to have a new eye exam. Meant to post this a year ago April. Thanks for the reminder. everyone needs to read this. I got screwed. I will never use your services again because of what happened. go jump off a cliff. I give this Abba location a 2 only for one reason.... check out!! I was in for a dry eye test. My optometrist was really very good and very informative about my test and my options to go from there, but when I was done they told me to sit down for a bit and they would be with me shortly to check out. I used the location on North Nevada. Cory helped me with my fittings for my glasses. He was so professional. He took a lot of time with me and asked me a lot of questions about my lifestyle to better fit me. I bought two new pairs and both were perfect. I wear progressives and they can be difficult to fit. I can't say enough about him and the excellent service he provided. I would definitely recommend ABBA Eye Care just because of him. Thanks Cory.
My whole family just loves Dr Gene Johnson. We followed him to Abba and everyone is just great there. I do recommend Abba, however, the glasse are very high priced. I have to het my glasses elsewhere.
My experience was the best Angela @ the hwy 50 location. Angela was awesome in helping me find the right pair of glasses and getting them to me asap. She was very helpful and symathetic to my situation of getting my glasses rigbt way.
