5 STARS I visited the Location in Aurora on E. Hamden. The young lady B was so energetic, I am feeling like really bad and she put a big smile on my face. I forgot that I wasn't feeling well. The staff were very friendly and B actually knows the Patients by name without them signing in. I'm from Georgia but B made me feel at home. Thanks When my appointment is over I will let you know how it went.
I was 7 minutes late for my appointment, I was told they wanted their appointments to show up 10 minutes early, That I was late i would be placed on a list, which had two customers in front of me. When I made the appointment nothing was said about showing up 10 minutes early. Abba eye care offers appointments, They all so offer walk in's. I was there for a simple Eye Exam. Don't waist your time if you are Late. They have already given your appointment to a Walk IN. I felt really let down, but face it I was late by 7 minutes.... read more
I made an appointment via their "online booking" system. When I arrived at the office, my appointment was non-existent. The staff did not apologize for the error or offer to make it right in any way. There was a walk-ins welcome sign, but no capability to have me seen. The reception staff was unhelpful and bordered on rude. I will never go there again.
ABBA Eye Care on Garden of the Gods- assistant manager Tim, and technician Brittany, were awesome today, showing a teen how to put in contacts.
visiting Gunnison from Texas. the day we got into town (a Saturday) my nose piece broke on my glasses. called this morning (Monday) to ask if they could replace/repair. took them in and they replaced the nose piece and then wouldnt even let me pay. so thankful!
Took my daughter to Abba Eye Care on Woodman for the second time in a year. Both times she saw Dr. Kerry Garwood, she is absolutely the worst at listening to the patient. She asked my daughter what she has trouble with and she said the board, it's blurry. The doctor said, "Just blink". Then at the end of the exam I ask my daughter if she can see with the new prescription she gave her and she goes no.
