you may not get your glasses for weeks. maybe even months. When you complain you only get the run around. They said they would refund my money and give me the glasses for free, but havnt seen or herd a truth from them since march 9th. i wish that they had a lower rating than 1 star
Here is my experience with Abba Eyecare on Northern Ave in Pueblo, CO: I brought in frames that I had purchased online so that I could get lenses put in them. Shortly after doing so, the store closed for the pandemic. Several weeks after they reopened, I called to get an estimated date of when they would be complete and was told a manager would contact me. RecommendedRan out of contacts, had to order a new box immediately but they would take a week to arrive. I asked ABBA if they could provide a sample pair of contacts in the meantime and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Thank you, you guys, you are a lifesaver because there’s so many things I can’t do while wearing my glasses!!

Refused to release my mother-in-law's PD after she completed her examination. I understand you don't like it when consumers don't pay a 300% markup for your inhouse frames but that's your problem, not hers. Avoid this place at all costs if you plan on buying your frames elsewhere once you've completed the initial visit.
Very professional service from the front desk to the eye exam to the technician who ordered and fitted my glasses. 5 STARS to all of you, especially the manager who assisted me this morning. Jane Brown
