The only good thing about ABBA in Aurora is Dr. John Bryant.. but I wish you would have never sold your practice.

This is my 3rd visit and i want to share to all. I wouldnt go anywhere else but to Abba eye care. Dr. Kim is one of the utt most professional eye doctor's here. He has outstanding one on one skills and lets you feel your the most important patient he has. Well mannerisms, his staff in sync. I highly favor this company.
The clerical staff cannot handle the volume and provide good customer service. The doctors are great but we aired 20 minutes to see the dr. The optometrist was sarcastic with my daughter after she frost tried on her new glasses. When I asked him to repeat the warranty info he was short and his tone was rude.
wow!! you all must of been lucky, I had a terrible experience, finances and billing from the beginning was messed up, didn't ask me if i had insurance in any way shape or form from the begining, I felt it was all about the money. Upon receiving my glasses week's later...!! were not correct at all, and when i did receive them, ((reading glasses)) . pretty much was ,here you go, no case, no cover, no instruction's of any kind. and to boot- there still not perfect, I'll NEVER go back. No Integrity.
I feel so disappointed! I switched from LensCrafters to Abba for their wider selection in glasses. After forgetting to send them in for 3 weeks, then sending the wrong prescription, and countless new errors in shipping Iâm still waiting for them (3 MONTHS LATER!). On top of all of that, the staff at Aurora have been completely indifferent. Nobody has ever called to update me or to apologize when something new goes wrong. I just have to call every week and get the same vague and even rude responses. At $765 for my glasses... read more
