Alex originally installed a single ply roof onto our extension in 2020 and being extremely happy with his workmanship and attention to detail he was the obvious choice when we wanted to change the main roof of our house. Great service from Alex. Quickly diagnosed our roofing issue with his drone. Scaffolding up, 2 day repair and sorted. Definitely recommend him, 5*
Awful communication skills and no respect. Takes advantage of elderly people by leading them on that they need a lot more work than what’s really needed and giving them extortionate prices. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
Unhelpful. They had no idea how to talk to potential customers or relationship management.
Time waster, didn’t turn up at first agreed time to look at roof, gave benefit of doubt and rearranged but another failed attempt as they’d ‘booked a training course’ and on third attempt didn’t turn up and is now not answering the phone 🤷🏻♀️
