Terrible customer services. Been over 2 months and no order. I only found out there was an issue when I sent messages…otherwise I wouldn’t have even know. No apology until I sent mails. Missed my occasions where I was due to wear the outfits.
After visiting numerous bridal boutiques across London, I can confidently say that Aashni & Co — and Jaya in particular — were by far the best. Jaya helped me find both my perfect Gurdwara and reception bridal looks. She made the entire process calm and seamless, with everything running on time and the measurements spot-on. Jaya has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been extremely helpful in assisting me with my bridal ceremony and reception lehenga as well as the grooms and sister of the bride attire. I could not have asked for a better service, her responsiveness, advice and experience has significantly eased the pressure of finding wedding attire. All staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful, thanks to the whole team. Much appreciated.

My husband purchased a sabysaachi bag online around a year ago. Within the year the chain broke, we emailed customer services and spoke over WhatsApp and they said they were unable to assist. Now the clutch has broken it is unable to close. I have only worn the clutch once. At a price of £500 the quality of the item is questionable and we are now wondering if we have been given a fake item! Pointless trying to contact through customer services as last time they fobbed us off.
