John was lovely! and helped me recover quickly from a relatively painful dislocation
Great results!
I've been going to John with a variety of lower leg running injuries over the last few years and he is by far the best physio I've ever been to. Whereas most of the physios I saw before John focused on the injury that I went into the treatment room with, John always takes the time to do a thorough investigation to diagnose exactly what caused the injury and why it happened. The outcome is that I recover faster with fewer treatments.
Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
I was extremely pleased with the help and advice I got from Physio John Stephenson. I am feeling much better, after having a painful knee. I am back swimming and cycling and have recommended him to friends. I'll definitely book in should I have further problems requiring physio. It was also great having the free consult in the shop.
