Monterey Bay Aquarium My entire family had an absolute blast at this aquarium. Although it was VERY crowded on the weekend that we visited, we were still able to view most of the exhibits. My children especially enjoyed the shark and sting ray exhibit. The view from the upper deck is breathtaking! An added plus is that it is only about an hour from the San Jose area.

it's an aquarium. wow. Ummm, $26 entry fee? $20 for a parking spot? You'd expect big things yeah? I guess this place would be well-wicked if you were a kid but as an adult it wasn't exactly life-changing. The Wing Chong building and the doc's old house up the street (from Steinbecks Cannery Row book) made the trip worthwhile..
Monterey Bay Aquarium Great family destination...or, for us educators, an awesome field trip!!!!!!!! Many different activities are offered. Lto sto see! Play areas for the little ones and interesting exhibts for the mom and dad! Go there soon!
No other compares! We love the aquarium, and our kids love it too! They especially have fun in the splash zone where they get to hold the crabs and pet the starfish. There are so many cool exhibits, and some beautiful views of the ocean.
Lots to see I love visiting here, we can spend hours just roaming around enjoying all there is to see. It's always a joy to watch the otters swim and play. I really like the fact that you can get so close to nature here.
Nice This is an awesome aquarium for your family to come visit. The kids learn so much from all the different animals here. Some are hands on too. They have so many exibits to see and the zoo is amazing. Very busy because of its tourist location. Very expensive to visit here too.
The best This aquariumn has so much to see. I love watching the otters swim around. You have to give this place hours to see all that there is. The white shark is pretty cool to see up close.
World Class Aquarium located in historic Cannery Row down in Monterey. This huge and modern zoo is amazing. Im not a huge aquarium fan, but this had a nice mixture of plants, fish and education. Parking is a hassel, have to park a ways away and walk. Its in a tourist area, so have to pay. Not that cheap to get in either. The kelp forest and jellyfish exhibits are amazing. Its all well done.
