Follow up is slow. I need someone to replace the broken tiles on my roof, but so far haven't heard whom do you recommend. . Jim Pillsbury inspected my roof. He did excellent job if this is what you want to know.

Roof: Missed that the main rafter had turned green from rain. From speaking with him on the phone I was expecting him to walk on the roof. He said the pitch wasn't very steep and yet he chose not to walk on the roof. Inspected by talking a ladder and moving it every 8 feet while taking pictures of the entire roof. I don't know how he missed the main rafter. To me it was quite obvious it needs flashing. For the property: Missed the main fuse box when all he had to do was follow the line in from the street. Jim is just great. He was prompt, inspected the property quickly yet thoroughly, walked on the roof to inspect it (free of charge), answered all my (many, many) questions (during the inspection and later by phone), and promptly emailed us the report that very night. I especially appreciate how his report includes tons of full-color photos so that everyone can easily understand what was evaluated and its condition. A great professional.
