Jim responded quickly, did a thorough inspection, gave me a final report including a collection of good pictures.

Jim responded immediately to my request, scheduled the work during my available times, was very accommodating when I had to change the time because of a conflict, and showed up early to do the work. He was courteous, thorough, and professional. He communicated with me and provided the report when he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone.
I wanted to know the condition of my roof from an independent agent. Jim's report gave me the information that I needed.
Jim is very detailed oriented and he checked every single piece of my condo. He is very polite and also explains every detail to me. The report I received is very detailed too with all the photo attached. They also charged very reasonable price on the inspection service. They're way much better than home guard, which is way more expensive but doesn't deliver the quality worth their price. I highly recommend AAA Home Inspection!!
His review document didn't really give me any information other than the pictures taken. I would have liked a better explanation of what the pictures showed.

Jim was wonderful to work with. He allowed me to record our conversations so I could use that against Home Depot. HD did a horrendous job on my roof, I had to hire Jim to give us a professional option. Jim came to my house on the weekend under an emergency premise which was greatly appreciated and saved us $11k. We were able to have HD completely re-do the roof for free and got free gutters out of the ordeal.
