It was quick & fast.
He was great.
Very friendly, and fast turnaround. Missed a major water damage issue with the house that costed me thousands, viewable from crawlspace which he did enter, and some rotting wood posts holding the deck up was also missed. Bummed about that.
Jim is the professional you want to hire for. He came on time (not other places that I called give you 2-3 hours of window or no show....), explained what we need (did't even charge for the first visit and recommended what we need to do next) and his rate is extremely reasonable. Again don't waste your time calling other places that does, if you are lucky, half of the job and extremely expensive. (root-rooter I had to call twice for the same job... first one didn't even come equipped for what we requested... and other place ... read more
