The Pro was punctual and very thorough. He doubled checked his inspection prior to publishing his report which was received the same day of the inspection.
Excellent, reliable, and prompt service. The inspector was on time and did the home inspection as promised. The detailed inspection report contained many photos along with the text, but the report could use a second proof-reading. I would definitely recommend this home inspection company
Jim was right on his appointment time and was theren for 2 hours. He was extremely nice, very knowlegable and showed me what small problems I had. Jim is quite responsive and responsible. Had the report been able to list all potential problems on the first page of the report under the "report summary" part, I would have given the service all 5s. This will make the sellers clearly know what our concerns are.
