Jim was very prompt at returning the call and did give the most competitive bid. Prospective home buyers were very pleased with his inspection and time he took to explain.

Jim is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He checked really everything, including disappearing into the two accesses to the attic for quite a while, then said the wiring of the kitchen recess lights should be inside the junction box. I didn't get it. He showed me the pictures. I asked how he took them, "get the the top of the kitchen from the attic access in the girl's room", Wow!
