He was good. What he was not too sure about, he asked to hire specialists.
I needed to determine whether our cedar shake roof had another year in it with minor tweaking or if we should replace it this year. Jim described precisely what needed to be done and identified any possible risks and the appropriate fix, if needed.

Inspector Jim Pillsbury was very thorough and very willing to answer our questions as he performed the inspection. The report he provided to us was also very thorough. We especially appreciate all photos taken in crawlspace under house - not an area that we see without going to a lot of effort and discomfort!
