Jim determined that my skylight was in need of repair/resealing. I received a full report concerning my roof with pictures and recommendations. I e-mailed this to my Roofing specialist and will have the work done. This is womething I would recommend to anyone in need of possible home repairs.
Jim is very professional. He responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to do the job immediately. He worked with us to give us the best price for the work. He will support us in finding contractors to do the repairs.
He was good. What he was not too sure about, he asked to hire specialists.
I needed to determine whether our cedar shake roof had another year in it with minor tweaking or if we should replace it this year. Jim described precisely what needed to be done and identified any possible risks and the appropriate fix, if needed.
Fantastic responsiveness. Highly professional and competent and fair on fees. Enough said.
This assessment was done for my peace of mind; my roof is 25 years old. I am not experiencing any problems and don't want to be. Now I have a timeline and a list of things to look for when I ask for bids.
Honest evaluation. Good value. Great, timely service.
Inspector Jim Pillsbury was very thorough and very willing to answer our questions as he performed the inspection. The report he provided to us was also very thorough. We especially appreciate all photos taken in crawlspace under house - not an area that we see without going to a lot of effort and discomfort!
Excellent experience
