I have unfortunately been using AAA Cooper as a Carrier for almost 10 years now. Im not sure if its this location, or the company as a whole, but the customer service is awful. No one answers the phone at this location, and if you do get a hold of someone, they give you zero information on whether your pick up will happen. We're living in 2025, you cant tell me you don't know where your trucks are and how long it will take them to come do a pick up. I ordered a shed from Home Depot and AAA Cooper was the transportation company. The item was ordered on July 20th and was supposed to be delivered within 4 to 5 days. The tracking for the item showed it moving from Kentucky to Florida in 3 days, and then it got to AAA Cooper's facility in Pompano. And there it sat and sat and sat, delayed over and over for no reason whatsoever. There was zero explanation on the Home Depot website, just delay after delay.
