The shipper did not take responsibility for the damages incurred during shipping. I reported a claim the same day that I picked up my package. They ignored the email/claim until I inquired on the status. They made me submit another claim form and provided no feedback until I enquired on the status again a month later. At this point, they responded with a denial of the claim. They gave me a 12-hour delivery window. I asked if they could be more specific so I didn’t have to be here all day and they said no. Then they missed that delivery window and delivered a different day without even notifying me (even though they had my phone number and I signed up for their delivery updates text service)

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a lawn mower from Home Depot. The delivery was rescheduled 3 times. The 2nd time the driver came with an enormous truck that couldn’t turn down the driveway. Took the mower back to get a smaller truck. But they could not give us a delivery date. Said a few days… huh? I canceled the order with Home Depot. I’ll take my business elsewhere. These people are incompetent.

AAA has handled a few shipments for me for Amazon. They have been so flexible and helpful when we've had to reschedule shipments or make changes. Super friendly and great to work with-highly recommend!
