Petr G and Lance P have each been to my home this week and took care of the few issues I had in this frigid weather. They each know their stuff inside and out, communicate the problem/resolution in layman's terms and are respectful guests in my home. Highly recommended.

AA Service Co and Scott S are great. He got here fast after an emergency call. Came in and diagnosed the problem right away, explained what was needed and what it would cost and HAD THE PART IN HIS TRUCK!!! Scott got the furnace back to "burning water" and cleaned up the furnace, too. Explained how the boiler worked and that it had passed it estimated life expectancy, but seemed to have been well maintained. Tommy S. responded to my phone call on a Sunday, the day before I was scheduled for surgery. I had no heat, and was concerned about going to the hospital leaving my little dog in the cold. Tommy arrived within an hour of my call. He replaced a part in the furnace that was under warranty and, as a result, I had heat in my unit. Tommy has serviced my unit twice. Lance P. provides great service. I work with AA Service on my home, my office and my parents home. We have been working with them for over a decade and I have always been very pleased with the service. Lance has been our technician for a few years now and he is always on time and provides good explanations of anything going on with our systems. I would highly recommend Lance and AA.

Jim S came to do our service and clean our furnace. I had questions about the humidity in our home in the winter and he was very helpful and informative. He showed me how to work my thermostat to check the humidity levels in my home. We have had AA service for many years and always had quality help with Ralph and now Jim.

We had a problem in the middle of the night and Andy came and resolved the issue temporarily. A part needs to be ordered but we have heat! He was fabulous!
