Haven’t had any cooling or heating done but if their service is like their drivers. Careless and reckless swerving on I-294 to merge onto I-90 by Rosemont causing a semi truck to fishtail off the road potentially causing a huge accident. Van #134 white male driver just now.

AA was extremely patient and accommodating during the extreme cold weather recently. The technician Andy showed up when expected and was very nice. I called AAService this morning my 86 year old Mother’s furnace wasn’t working. Our service pro was Alex S. Alex did an outstanding job making sure the furnace was working properly and answering all our questions and servicing her furnace. We have used AA service company several times and would highly recommend this company and of course Alex S there service pro!
Response was fast service and knowledge on Geothermal is exceptional. The tech Andrew had the right tools and experience on heat pumps Not many HVAC in the area know about these systems. AA is my new HVAC comoany to call.
Today, AA Service installed a Humidifier to our heating system. The installer, Thomas, was professional and completed the installation quickly. He explained what he was doing and showed me the work completed. Area was left clean. In short, job well done.
They have done major work for me and service calls. Both times they have been professional, knowledgeable, clean, and prompt. Will use them for my service contract.
