Very happy with my tech from AA service co. Fixed my AC and told me all I needed to know.
Our field service pro, Jim S., is an honest, reliable, knowledgeable person to know when it comes to heating and cooling services. We always feel confident when he comes to check out the furnace and air conditioner. When he leaves, we know that our equipment is working at full capacity. If Jim does find a problem, he tells it like it is. He is not an alarmist and insist that you purchase something new immediately - unless it is absolutely necessary. My AC was dying so I had AA Service come out to install a new unit. Michael B and Ricky came out to replace the unit and the coils in my furnace. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done! Now I have great AC, but the temperatures outside are in the 70's! LOL Also realized that Michael B looked familiar....turns out he installed my furnace about 7 years ago and did a fine job on that too! I will continue to use AA Service for all ... read more

My husband and I had Jim G. come out to our house to look at our AC and make sure it was ready for the summer. I must say that we were very impressed with Jim G. Not only was he extremely professional and changed our filter in a very expedient manner, but he was also very polite and considerate!!! Job well done!!!
We have steadily received excellent and courteous service from AA Service Co. H&C. Sometimes, there were additional maintenance costs, other times they advised us on how to save money. But...the equipment always worked very well, which is important (especially) in mid-Winter.
