Tim B. has been taking care of my AC/furnace for years. The behind the scenes folks make it easy to coordinate my appointment with my work schedule and commute home. Tim is usually at my home before I get there. I count on his expertise and I trust his judgment. We talk about more than heating and cooling. I have already recommended AA Service to several colleagues. Tim, as always, thanks for your recent visit and for preparing my home for the winter months.

I have used AA for many years. I had a negative experience with one of the techs who came out and called the company. They sent Scott Sligowski out and he spent more time than normal checking all the a/c parts. Found out I needed 3 capacitors and only charged me for 1, since the previous tech told me everything was ok and working well. Thanks to Scott, I now have peace of mind knowing all is well and I felt like a valued client.

Frank P and Jason B replaced a 21 year old home HVAC unit that AA service kept functioning beyond its prime. On Scott K's recommendations and estimate, they removed the old unit and installed a new, high efficiency furnace and AC along with a web enabled thermostat. They updated gas and electrical connections and stayed to make sure I reviewed the new features and functions. Got a ComEd rebate in the deal.

We have been working with AA Service for a number of years now and are very pleased with the people who work there and the service they provide. They are prompt and courteous, know their stuff, and don't waste time on the job. Our most recent experience with Jim Sinden was no exception. He remembered helping us previously. Jim spent a few minutes with dog and then it was right to work. He then recapped what he did before heading on to his next appointment. I am delighted to recommend AA Service Co. Heating & Cooling.

Lance was our technician for our annual AC checkup. He was timely, informative, friendly and answered all of our questions about the use of our thermostat for both AC and heat. We are very happy with the service from AA.

We have been using AA Service for many, many years & we are so happy with this company. The technicians show up friendly, organized for what they are doing whether for the furnace check or air conditioning check. Lance Petty was here this morning checking the AC. Thanks to all the technicians that have been part of maintaining our furnace/ AC!

Great company and expert workmanship. Tim B. arrived in a timely manner; quickly diagnosed the reason for our loss of heat and fixed it within a half-hour. We've been with AA Service for years; wouldn't go elsewhere. They're the best!
