Lance P has taken care of my AC and heating for the past 3 years. He is always prompt, courteous and explains everything to me. I trust him implicitly when it comes to my heating and air conditioning equipment. AA is exceptionally easy to work with and accommodates my schedule when setting up my service appointments.
Tim was prompt and very efficient. He tried to fix one non-problem -- something wrapping a cable on the roof air conditioner -- on the spot, but didn't have the part. Said someone would return and replace it gratis the next time they were servicing another unit in the building.
Scott Sligowski came to my home for the bi-annual maintenance check. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust what he said.
We had the AA Service Co. out today for the annual checkup of the air conditioning unit. Service man was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the company and with the service man's work.

they always do outstanding job. he checked the whole system and did not finish his job until he knew everything was in first rate order. we have called them for problems with our unit and they do a outstanding job. we went to them after problems with other companys
