Our restaurant shares a name with the highway that runs from Naples to Canosa, Puglia. True to our namesake, we gather our inspiration from southern Italy, particularly Campania, the region surrounding Naples. Chef David Taylor oversees the menu, which features fresh pasta, house-butchered and house-cured meats and authentic Neapolitan pizza. It was great! – I totally disagree with the two negative reviews! I went there and they told us it would be a "45 min" wait and we opted to walk Chestnut, host offered to call us when the table was ready. The second we got back (was less than 45 min) we were seated right away. Service was FABULOUS!! My glass was never empty (I drink a TON of water) and our waitress was very friendly and prompt. The FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Totally fresh and unique.
Great Value – Checked out this new place after a friend told me it reminded him of Delfina (one of my favorite restaurants). The pizzas are the best in this city with crispy charred crust and limited toppings. I don't know what they do to their beef dish, but my boy declared it to be amazing. They have a very extensive wine list and we had fun trying a bunch of wines. They use very nice stemware and service is professional. Can't wait to go back.
