A shambles from start to finish. Installed an extractor hood in the kitchen which effectively sucked cooking smells directly in to the bedroom upstairs rather than outside! The list of shambolic behaviour and workmanship is too long to list here, but included one chap helping himself to a few cans of my Guinness!

I did some work for them in 2020 winter time November-December and a lil bit of January 2021 and still haven’t been paid to this day we’re now feb7 2022 😡

Just opened this year as a new company but used to be owned by steve mills. Robbed hundreds of customers and fitters for thousands!!! Liars, thieves and one to stay well clear of. Phill. Malcolm they helped Steve Mills rob money from customers.!! Do your research!!!!!!!!!!!!and use somebody else. People have no roof because of this out fit.

Avoid with a barge pole! Their Managing Director, Steve Mills, misrepresented their capabilities and mis-sold products to us.I am about to start a claim of £8,500 against them for misrepresentation under the Consumer Protection Act 2015 for recommending a totally unsuitable system for electric underfloor heating. Despite giving us personal assurances, Steve Mills totally failed to deliver. He talks a good story but cannot walk the talk. I understand the firm is now being liquidated!

It's a disgrace that companies like this can simply go into recievership, not pay people who have done work for them, then simply change their name. Hopefully karma will do it's best on this lot.
